They Will Know Us by the Way We Love One Another!

"Then those who feared the Lord spoke to one another, and the Lord listened and heard them; so a book of remembrance was written before Him for those who fear the Lord and who meditate on His name." (Malachi 3:16)

Hello Beloved! As I reflect over the past few weeks, I am so filled with the Love of the Lord for all of you! I had no idea the impact you all would have on my life. I am so grateful to my daughter, LaToya, for urging me to enter. She told me to "stop looking for a burning bush experience" & just step out & believe what God has given & called me to do." So in response to her love & faith in me and in God's pull on my heart, I did it! And oh my, I have been so blessed!

My prayer that we all remember that the world would be watching us and that we need to be living examples of our Lord was answered. You all have just simply blown me away! Jesus said that they would know us by the love we show for one another. Love, real love, geniune, pure Agape love has been poured out to overflow all over Sunday Best. God has to be so pleased with His children. He has designed His kingdom so that Christians with kindred spirits join together, come alongside of, and undergird one another in the work and concerns God has placed on their hearts. The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few.

Where ever this leads, I know God has a plan for each and every one of us. His heart's desire is that men, women, boys, and girls really get to know the heighth and depth of the love He has for the world and that he desires that none should perish.

There is so much work in the kingdom and let us all be ready to step out where the Holy Spirit leads us to the destiny God has already laid out for each of us before the foundations of the world were ever laid. Let's do it with joy and with great expectation, remembering always that the good work God has already begun in us, He will surely complete it until Jesus comes!

SO MANY THANK YOUS TO GIVE!!!! I first want to thank God for my family: My husband, GLENN, who has been my knight and shining armor for 42 years! SB FAMILY: Rein, Rein, Rein - thank God for Rein, a young woman whom God knitted our spirits immediately and was a vessel of honor He used to show me how much He really loves me. We have a life-long friendship; royalchild - my homegirl - see you when I get home; paulette1968; DENNIS & DEE, and BROTHERKELVIN - love you so much for your daily encouragement & love; oh my God - there are so many to name who just simply showed me love by voting daily for me which gave much encouragement to me. May God richly bless each & everyone of you!!

I just want it to be said of me like it was said of Abraham that "She believed God, and it was counted to her as righteousness".

Love you all,
Willie Mae

What Do You Desire? What Are You Seeking?

"One thing have I desired of the Lord, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the Lord..." (Ps. 27:4)

"But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you." (Matt. 6:33/Lk. 12:31)

All of us have dreams! God is no respecter of persons and causes everything to work for the good of those who are called according to his purpose. I want to encourage every believer involved in this contest to allow this to be an opportunity for God to lead them into the destiny He had planned for each of us before the foundations of the world. Therefore, you must not get discouraged because numbers are not high for you. Just press on toward the high call which is in Christ Jesus. Do all you can honestly do, listen and trust God to let you know what his plans are for you and the purpose of your being involved in this wonderful opportunity.

I have mostly steered away from competitions. However, when my beloved daughter called me and suggested I enter this one, I thought, "why not?" It's never too late, ask Abraham! Is there anything too hard for our God? The Lord has been molding and shaping me over the last two years for something special and greater and to take me away from where I have gotten quite comfortable in serving Him. So, here I am, being blessed the more for meeting many beautiful people of God. Some have become even extra special to me (you know who you are). If nothing else comes, that alone is worth this journey.

For me, I am looking for God's next direction. I know my life has a destiny to serve the Lord in Song. My spiritual debt Christ paid for me. I am forgiven and freed to serve God now and throughout eternity. I have been anointed and called to reach the lost and exhort, rebuke and encourage the saints to live a life of holiness. I am 58 years old and feel like I'm getting younger instead of older. Yes, older in wisdom and more in love with my Lord every day, but younger in strengh and vitality to give Him all of me to do as He wills.

My verses for this journey are:

"Before I formed you in the womb (Willie Mae), I knew you, and before you came out of your mother's womb I sanctified you..." (Jer. 1:5)

"The righteous shall flourish like the palm tree; he shall grow like the cedar in Lebanon. They shall still bring forth fruit in old age, they shall be fat and flourishing. To show that the Lord is upright: He is my rock, and there is no unrighteousness in Him." (Ps. 92:12, 14, 15)

Each christian has a purpose in life. Some have been appointed/ordained by God for a specific kind of service. Whatever work/service you have been call to do, do it all to the glory of God. Accept it cheerfully and do it with excellence! I am praying that we all remember that the world will be watching our walk and testimony, and if it doesn't match what we are singing about, it will be a stumbling block used by the enemy to keep many out of the kingdom of God! So count the cost and run on for Jesus!

I love you all - Peace and blessings!
