I'm Felicia from Palmdale, Ca but born and raised in Pasadena, Ca. I'm not sure when the singing bug actually hit me but it did in my teenage years. I come from a family of singers. My father and his brothers, who are all deceased had a quartet group in Pasadena. They were together for 25+ years. When my father passed away when I was 17, I joined his group a long side my uncle, who passed away early 2008. I sung with them a total of 2yrs. I believe that's when I felt I wanted to be heard by everyone and actually get into the business. When I sing, I'm driven by the spirit of GOD. If one thing that I have learned about singing is that it's not about me but the message I am conveying to others and living the life I sing about. I love singing with my eyes closed, especially a worship song. I've heard individuals in the industry say that's not always the best, which is true but I love that intimate connection with GOD when I'm singing. It's the greatest feeling ever!! I'm getting very anxious to find out what happens with me from this point on because this is my heart desire. I was told that if I want this, I have to go get it. So here I am people...You ready!!??...This is just half of my story or should I say the beginning........
